Bank Holiday Delivery Information:
While we're working hard to ensure all deliveries arrive on time, some orders may experience delays during the Bank Holiday period.
Orders placed between 3rd of April and 7th of April may experience delivery disruption during this period.
If you have a Ten Motives subscription, you can adjust your next order date at any time by logging into your account.
Standard Delivery:
We are pleased to provide standard delivery for £3.49 or for free if your order is over £19.99. Standard delivery orders are shipped via Evri. If you live within the M25 area, your order may be delivered by either Evri or Fin Mile. We aim to dispatch your item(s) the same day the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will aim to deliver within 2 - 5 working days provided that the order is placed before 8pm on Monday to Friday. Please be aware if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays). If your order is placed on a Public Holiday, the order will be processed on the next available working day. Please also note that we do not deliver to BFPO addresses. Whilst we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the advertised timeframe, as our orders are delivered by third party couriers, any delay by them is outside of our control. If you have not received your order after 5 working days (this does not include weekends and public holidays) from the date the order was placed, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01270 897 444 (Monday – Saturday 8am – 6pm).
Next Day Delivery:
We are pleased to provide a next day delivery service for £4.99 (free for orders over £50) which are shipped via Evri. Please ensure you place your order before 10pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and we will aim to deliver the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please be aware if you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays) and we will aim to deliver it the next day). If your order is placed on a Public Holiday, the order will be processed on the next available working day. Our Next Day Delivery service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Subscription orders are excluded for Next Day Delivery and will be sent on our standard delivery service.

Please note, once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes to it.
Returns:
In the event that there is an error with your order or you are experiencing a fault with a product please call or email us as soon as possible. We can often resolve the majority of issues and/or troubleshoot products over the phone or via email to resolve the problem promptly for you. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we do offer a 14-day return/exchange period.

Please include your order number and reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund for the returned products. Our customer care team will provide you with the return instructions.
